For the second consecutive year, the Department of Physiology and Pathophysiology with a course in Medical Biology organized the ceremonial event “PHYSIOLOGICAL OSCAR.” The aim of the event was to unite students and faculty members in honoring the most outstanding achievements in the fields of physiology, pathophysiology, biological sciences, and medicine.
The ceremony highlighted three main areas representing different aspects of student life:
- Academic Achievements— recognition of outstanding academic performance;
- Scientific Activity— acknowledgment of significant contributions to research;
- Activity and Leadership— recognition of social engagement and initiative.
Students were honored in sixteen different nominations:

The “Physiological Oscar” became a landmark event in the history of the institute, establishing a tradition of recognizing and supporting student achievements. This initiative not only highlights individual success but also inspires the entire student community toward new accomplishments in academic, scientific, and public activities.
