On April 12, 2024, Associate Professor Antonina BIESIEDINA took part in a psychological training session held at the Sumy State University “Univer” camp.
Candidate of Psychological Sciences, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Psychology, Political Science and Socio-Cultural Technologies of Sumy State University Nataliia KOLIADA together with her students organised a meeting for employees, where she presented the skills of preventing professional burnout of teachers through the restoration of internal emotional and psychological resources; acquainted teachers with methods of restoring and regulating their own psycho-emotional states; taught them to develop self-knowledge and self-disclosure of personality; and helped to improve the mood of participants.
To activate imaginative memory and creative imagination, the teachers enthusiastically participated in various activities: outdoor painting, developing speed and flexibility of thought in setting priorities.
