On 14-15 May, the Department of Physiology and Pathophysiology held a training course ‘Healthy Conversations’, conducted by Professor Viktoriia Harbuzova.
What are ‘healthy conversations’?
HEALTHY CONVERSATIONS is a scientifically based method of influencing
on people’s behaviour that leads to positive changes and improves their physical and mental health.
During the two days, participants talked about health, behavioural patterns, their changes, motivation, effective communication, and potential barriers to thinking.
They trained in active listening skills and the art of asking questions, and found the best ways to start a conversation about health.
The training was supported by the Library Country Foundation.
We thank the participants for their activity, creativity and interesting ideas.
We are looking forward to new projects!
