On November 12, 2025, Professor Viktoriia Harbuzova delivered a presentation within the professional development program “Psychological Resilience and Prevention of Mental Disorders in Crisis Conditions.” The event gathered more than 70 participants from various regions of Ukraine, including Kyiv, Kharkiv, Khmelnytskyi, Dnipro, Uman, Nizhyn, and Sumy, as well as the surrounding areas. Educators, psychologists, social workers, teacher assistants, military personnel, and students worked together with the lecturer to explore effective approaches to maintaining and improving mental health.

This time, Prof. Harbuzova presented two topics.
The first topic, “Features of Supporting Human Mental Health,” focused on factors influencing mental well-being and the physiological foundations of maintaining health.

The second topic, “Stress Management: Theoretical Basis and Practical Recommendations,” acquainted participants with the main types and manifestations of stress, its signs, and consequences. A separate part of the session was dedicated to practicing grounding techniques, muscle relaxation, and calming breathing exercises.
