Participation in the XXIX Congress of Students and Young Scientists “The Future Belongs to Science”

On April 9–11, 2025, the XXIX Congress of Students and Young Scientists “The Future Belongs to Science” was held at I.Ya. Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
The scientific program of the congress covered a wide range of topics in theoretical, experimental, practical medicine, and pharmacy. Participants had the opportunity to present their scientific achievements in various fields and compete for top awards.

First-year student Daria Neicheva (group МЦм-406) took part in Section No. 1 “Experimental Medicine” (Biological and Bioorganic Chemistry, Physiology, Molecular Biology with Medical Genetics) and delivered a presentation titled “Analysis of the Association Between VDR Gene Polymorphisms rs10735810 and rs731236 and the Development of Physical Qualities in Ukrainian Track and Field Athletes.”
Her scientific advisor was Associate Professor Antonina Besedina.
Daria’s work was recognized as one of the best, earning her a Second Degree Diploma.
