A fascinating Genetic Quiz was held in the Heredity Laboratory of the Second Biology School, bringing together the brightest experts in the science of heredity. Three teams took part in the competition: “Infusoria Tufelka”, “Serious” and “MMZHMN”, which was conducted by Associate Professor of the Department Olga OBUKHOVA.
The participants demonstrated their knowledge and speed of thinking in several competitive stages. The quiz included questions on reaction speed, solving genetic puzzles and solving situational tasks that required not only a deep understanding of genetic mechanisms, but also a non-standard approach to solving problems.
The competition was held in a friendly but tense atmosphere, as each team sought to prove its superiority in knowledge of heredity. According to the results of the game, the teams scored the following points:
“Serious” — 26 points,
“Infusoria Tufelka” — 27 points,
“MMZHMN” — 24 points.
The winners of the quiz were the “Infusoria Tufelka” team!
The winners received certificates and gifts, and all participants received valuable experience and unforgettable emotions.
