The publishing house of Sumy State University has released new study guides for students of medical higher education institutions titled \u201cGeneral Nosology\u201d\u00a0and \u201cKrok-1 in Pathophysiology.\u201d\u00a0The authors of these guides are staff members of the Department of Physiology and Pathophysiology with a course in Medical Biology of the Educational and Scientific Medical Institute: V. Yu. Harbuzova\u00a0(Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department) and T. B. Oleshko (Candidate of Medical Sciences, Teaching Assistant of the Department).<\/p>

Pathophysiology is a fundamental discipline that studies the mechanisms of disease development and the adaptive processes of the human body. Mastering this subject requires a deep understanding of the general patterns of pathological processes, making the use of high-quality educational resources essential for independent study. The study guide for independent student work in pathophysiology, \u201cGeneral Nosology,\u201d\u00a0will help students systematize their knowledge of the basic principles of pathological process development, as well as the etiology and pathogenesis of diseases.
