A total of 45 students participated in the event, demonstrating a high level of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the fundamentals of medical biology.<\/p><p>The purpose of the Olympiad was to deepen students\u2019 knowledge, develop scientific thinking, stimulate interest in biological disciplines, and identify the most well-prepared and talented students.<\/p><p>The Olympiad consisted of two stages. During the first (qualifying) stage, participants completed a computer-based test that included 30 questions from different sections of medical biology. The questions assessed students\u2019 knowledge of genetics, cytology, molecular biology, and parasitology.<\/p><p>Students who reached the 80% threshold advanced to the second (final) stage, where they competed for victory by answering five questions.<\/p><p>In the final round, the places were distributed as follows:<\/p><p><strong><b>2nd place<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Anastasiia Yevheniivna Kosenko (MC-504)<\/p><p><strong><b>3rd place<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Yelyzaveta Maksymivna Chepurenko (MC-503)<br \/>\u2003\u2003\u2003\u2003\u2003Marina Oleksiivna Basanets
