class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>November is Stress Awareness Month, and on November 4, the second meeting of the Mental Health Club was held on the topic \u201cStress Management.\u201d\u00a0The speaker of the event was Professor Viktoriia <strong><b>Harbuzova<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0from the department.<\/p><p>In a warm and friendly atmosphere, participants discussed tools for coping with acute stress and shared approaches to managing chronic stress.<br \/>The group of students showed great interest as they discussed urgent issues and proposed possible solutions.<\/p><p>At the end of the meeting, the students expressed their gratitude to Viktoriia Harbuzova for such an engaging session.<br \/>We thank all participants for their involvement and wish
