Health Club\u201d was held on the topic \u201cSelf-regulation, Stress, Adaptation: How to Activate Your Own Resources.\u201d\u00a0The head of the club is Prof. Viktoriia <strong><b>Harbuzova<\/b><\/strong>.<\/p><p>During the event, three student presentations were delivered:<\/p><ul><li><b><\/b><strong><b>Presentation by Lyubomyr Berh<\/b><\/strong>, a second-year student of group \u041c\u0446.-405, \u201cThe Mechanism of Self-Regulation in the Human Body.\u201d<\/li><li><b><\/b><strong><b>Presentation by Iryna Kusovnyk<\/b><\/strong>, a third-year student of group \u041c\u0446.-305, \u201cThe Nature of Stress: From Biological Mechanisms to Psychological Consequences.\u201dIt was interesting to learn about the physiological aspects of stress, Hans Selye\u2019s theory, the stages of stress development, the role of hormones in regulating stressful situations, as well as the psychological consequences of stress.<\/li><li><b><\/b><strong><b>Presentation by Diana Lapikova<\/b><\/strong>, a third-year student of group \u041c\u0446.-304, \u201cAdaptation as a Process.\u201dThe presenter introduced the audience to the concept of Hans Selye\u2019s adaptive syndrome (general adaptation syndrome) and the cognitive-behavioral approach.<\/li><\/ul><p>We thank all participants for their active involvement and insightful presentations, and we wish them continued success in their
