\u041en October 23, 2025, the Department of Physiology and Pathophysiology with the Course of Medical Biology warmly welcomed students from the Sumy Professional Medical College in an in-person format. October continues, and so does our collaboration with the students and teachers of the medical college.<\/p>

This time, we were visited by future nurses \u2014 representatives of one of the most in-demand professions in Ukraine and around the world. It is a career that requires professional education, which can be obtained in medical colleges.<\/p>

The participants of the meeting were second-year students who had the opportunity to meet the department\u2019s faculty and receive answers to questions that interest them.
Antonina Biesiedina<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0and Zoia Levchenko<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0conducted interactive activities and practical sessions with the attendees. The most active students of the medical college received prizes.<\/p>

Students of the medical college shared their impressions of the visit:<\/p>

\u201cI really enjoyed the tour of the department. It was very useful and interesting to take part in the quiz, where I became the winner. I can be proud of myself because I have already decided on my future profession,\u201d said Artem, a second-year student of the Sumy Professional Medical College.<\/p>

\u201cI am already receiving my professional education, but I was very interested in the presentation about the Department of Physiology and Pathophysiology of the Medical Institute of SumDU. I liked the positive atmosphere and could feel that the department is staffed by experienced teachers,\u201d emphasized applicant Kira.<\/p>

We believe it is important to hold such meetings with future nurses, introducing them to the opportunities for continuing their studies at the Educational and Scientific Medical Institute of Sumy State University after obtaining their basic medical education. The Institute offers the opportunity to study in the specialty \u201cEmergency Medicine. Nursing.\u201d<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

The visit to the department allowed each participant to take a glimpse into the world of modern education, meet the faculty, and take another step toward making a conscious career choice.
Our cooperation continues \u2014 we look forward to welcoming medical college students as future students of the Educational and Scientific Medical Institute of SumDU.<\/p>
