This is a new student scientific association that has begun its work within the framework of the Student Scientific Society.<\/p><p>The club is headed by Professor Viktoriia Harbuzova. About 20 students from the 1st to 5th years of the <em><i>Medicine<\/i><\/em>\u00a0and <em><i>Dentistry<\/i><\/em>\u00a0programs joined the club. The participants discussed the directions of their activities and planned engaging projects aimed at improving mental health and promoting a healthy lifestyle.<\/p><p>In the second part of the meeting, Professor Viktoriia Harbuzova delivered a webinar entitled <em><i>&#8220;How to Study Effectively?&#8221;<\/i><\/em>\u00a0During the lecture, she introduced the participants to modern neurobiological foundations of brain functioning, the phenomena of neuroplasticity and neurogenesis, and provided practical recommendations on organizing the learning process for effective knowledge acquisition.<\/p><p>We warmly invite everyone interested in neurobiology, psychology, and psychophysiology to join the <em><i>Mental Health Club<\/i><\/em>!<br \/>It will be both interesting and
