Special attention is given to ensuring equal opportunities\u00a0for researchers at all levels\u00a0\u2013\u00a0from students to experienced scientists who aspire to develop their careers within the academic community.<\/p><p>Our department takes pride in the achievements of its female staff and active students, whose dedication enriches Ukrainian science.
