The faculty members of the department attended the program of the Center for Human Resource Development entitled “Erasmus+ Projects in Education: From Proposal Development to Successful Reporting.” Lecturers Viktoriia Olehiivna Pankratova, Olha Andriivna Shvaher, Anna Serhiivna Slavko, and Vladyslava Mykolaivna Zavhorodnia shared their knowledge, teaching methods, research approaches, and experiences of working in European and international environments.<\/p>

During the event, the following topics were covered:<\/p>

  1. <\/b>The Erasmus+ Program:<\/b><\/strong>History, main priorities, and opportunities for participants from Ukraine. Why should one participate in mobility programs? Step-by-step guidance on where to start. Opportunities and prospects…<\/li>
  2. <\/b>Mobility of Academic and Teaching Staff and Students:<\/b><\/strong>Developing and enhancing communication and language competencies, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and overall competencies. Promoting personal development.<\/li>
  3. <\/b>Jean Monnet Projects:<\/b><\/strong>Types and directions, preparing project proposals, project implementation, and reporting. The Jean Monnet direction in higher education focuses on studying the European Union, covering its teaching, learning, and research aspects, including its history, goals, structures, functions, and policies.<\/li><\/ol>

    For Ukraine, Erasmus+ opens opportunities for mobility and collaboration among educational institutions, youth organizations, and other entities working in areas such as higher education and Jean Monnet European studies, vocational and professional pre-tertiary education, preschool, school, and teacher education, adult education, youth, and sports.<\/p>
