On 14-15 May, the Department of Physiology and Pathophysiology held a training course \u2018Healthy Conversations\u2019, conducted by Professor Viktoriia\u00a0Harbuzova.<\/p>

What are \u2018healthy conversations\u2019?<\/p>

HEALTHY CONVERSATIONS is a scientifically based method of influencing<\/p>

on people’s behaviour that leads to positive changes and improves their physical and mental health.<\/p>

During the two days, participants talked about health, behavioural patterns, their changes, motivation, effective communication, and potential barriers to thinking.<\/p>

They trained in active listening skills and the art of asking questions, and found the best ways to start a conversation about health.<\/p>

The training was supported by the Library Country Foundation.<\/p>

We thank the participants for their activity, creativity and interesting ideas.<\/p>
